Suggestions

  • Have your workplace ergonomically assessed

  • Take micro pauses and rest breaks

  • Use keyboard shortcuts rather than the mouse

  • Arrange your desk and computer according to guidelines

  • Alternate your mouse from right to left and vice versa

  • Do not use your computer shortly before sleeping

  • Type gently

  • Don't allow your wrists drag on the desk

  • Avoid eating at the computer
